Like most age groupers, after completing her first triathlon over 10 years ago, she was hooked. Triathlon lit a fire within, and life wasn’t going to be the same unless she was swimming, biking, or running … and doing all three always with a smile.
A consistent top ten finisher in varying running and triathlon distances, the learnings are ongoing and life enhancing as triathlon never disappoints in the lessons that are taught.
